Description
LT-UNBRICK currently works on all 1994–1997 LT1 PCMs. This tool is used to recover a PCM after a failed write, commonly known in the tuning community as a “brick.”
A failed write can stop all communication over the bus and make the PCM unusable. LT-UNBRICK allows the PCM to be repaired by installing headers on the PCM circuit board and writing the files back directly to the PCM.
This process requires disassembly of the PCM and is outlined in the included instruction manual.
If you are uncomfortable installing the headers yourself, please reach out to me and I can provide this service for you.
Comes complete with the LT-UNBRICK module, USB cable, ribbon cable, two headers, CPU reset tab, and LT-UNBRICK instruction manual. Software can be found on our software downloads page.
